• Post the shift in few clicks • Our platform will match the candidate available in our system and trigger the notification by prioritizing locals for the shift.
• Candidate can view and apply for the shift• Business user can review all the application and pick the best suitable candidate.
• Selected candidate gets a confirmation for shift.
• Once shift is completed, employee and business user confirms the hours.• Once hours are confirmed, invoice will be generated and shared with candidate and business user in app.
• We don’t charge any commission so payment can be made directly to the candidates.
